Vintage Pfaltzgraff Floral Chilton Toys 32 Piece Plastic Dishes Play Tea Set

I don't know mych about this item. I don't know if the plastic silverware goes with it or not. It was all together when I got it so I assumed it does. I didn't clean the pieces due to the fact of not knowing if certain chemicals will mess up the design or anything.
The only piece I saw broke was underneath one of the cups. Very tiny spot (see last picture) . The teapot has discoloration along the seam from the glue I think. No lid was with the tea pot.
