Here is a nice Tested Preowned Invacare control box used on Invacare reliant 450 PATIENT lifts- ( also used on many Hoyer and  Drive models)
NOTE: PLEASE check your batteries for correct voltage- you should be getting OVER 25 VDC across the battery pack terminals, the other big problem on these lifts is that the battery pack terminals do NOT make good contact with the control box terminals- IF you have good batteries and no power to the control box this is something to check- also double check that your remote plug and motor actuator plug are firmly connected to the control box( the irings on thosr connectors sometimes imped the full seating of tg he connectors
This control is used on powered patient lifts that have the single function corded remote ( up/down only) this style box does NOT have Onboard charging so you will need to have as separate standalone battery charger- We fully tested it on a working Invacare Reliant 450 lift
