Condition: "In general it is in very good condition. Although like the photos note, there is some very minor rusting, but it didn't inhibit function when testing, working as well with and without weight on it. As well the chrome finish shows its use. The slings all have no rips or tears, doesn't look like they were used much. Testing was done with around 60-70 pounds of weight on it; no resistance was found, even with weight on, didn't have to put in much force to lift the arm"
