    Detecto's IB series is perfect for weighing patients who are bed-bound. This scale uses a hydraulic lift mechanism to make the lifting of the patient easy. Full-swivel ball bearing casters feature a rear locking pair for security during weighing. The IB800 also features a base widening stance for added stability. The stretcher included with this scale is flame-retardant, antibacterial, and measures 6 feet long. Integral stretcher carrying straps and cup plus "easy stow" hoops make the scale ready for transport when needed. The IB series uses the model 750 indicator. This indicator is EMR/EHR ready, and features Body Mass Index calculation, a lock/release key for weight retention, a zero key to remove the weight of any bedding for an accurate reading, and large 0.75 inch high LCD digits for easy readouts. The scale can be powered by either 6 AA batteries or an AC Adapter (both not included). Note: This scale is not meant to be used for the transport of patients.
