A used BestLift PL400 unit including the battery and DC charger for the battery shown in photos. The PL400 has some scratches and tiny groove dents on the legs but doesn't affect the functionality of the device as they are just superficial (check photos for these blemishes).

One U-sling with head support (Model # 13220M), Medium size (Green sling in photo). The head support plastic in the inside is broken in multiple areas but it is  patched with duck tape. Still works but buying a replacement plastic head support is highly recommended. Has some wear and tear but they are still functional. U-sling can support a maximum of 600 pounds.
One Full Body Mesh with Commode hole (Model # SL-R114), Medium size (Blue sling in photo).This Full Body Mesh with Commode can support a maximum of 400 Pounds. This sling has some wear and tear but they are still functional.

Intended Use of PL400 Product
The PL400 are intended to be used with patients who are completely immobile or totally dependent on the patient lift for transfers. The PL400 are intended to be used for transfers of the patient in and out of bed, their wheelchair, to and from the commode, or any other type of surface. The PL400 are intended to be operated by at least one caregiver, who will perform the lift and transfer. Transfers should always be done on a flat, dry surface and are not intended to be used in high humidity environments for
extended amounts of time.
Notes On The PL400 Product Being Sold
PL400 cannot be used while charging the battery. It must be unplugged from the DC charger for it to turn on. This is a functionality of the product. This product being sold can be used at an estimated 8 times (this is based off of using the unit for a few minutes at one time) in a full charge before having to recharge. Also if only used for a few times it can retain a charge for a few days before needing to be recharged again.
